Mr. Williams saw our ad in a airline magazine back in the early 2000’s. He first used our IRA real estate program to help purchase a rental in Boise, ID as a way to create income-long term. The SAFE HARBOR®-Directed IRA™ (SHIRA™) was structured to help Mr. Williams in three ways:

  1. With the combination of SHIRA™ and non-SHIRA™ funds, we were able to qualify Mr. Williams for a large-construction loan.

  2. Once Mr. Williams obtained the loan and construction on his single-family residence began, we were able to structure the SHIRA™ to pay the construction loan payments and any other costs associated with the build.

  3. When the home was built and being occupied by Mr. Williams and his family, Lasaii Benefit’s structured the SHIRA™ to support the mortgage payments and property taxes on their beautiful new home.

Mr. Williams felt that the real estate in the resort town that he lived in would continue to rise in value.
